ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Weston Ochse is a former intelligence officer and special operations soldier who has engaged enemy combatants, terrorists, narco smugglers, and human traffickers. Southern California Signing Tour for SEAL Team 666, Grunt Life, and many more

For the third year in a row I have the privilege of signing books in Southern California. In what has become an annual tradition, I'll be signing books next week at stores and libraries from Ventura to San Diego and points in between. Along the way I'll eat some great food, meet some fans, new and old friends, and booksellers, and be witness to the spectacular Pacific Ocean. This year I'll have my wife with me which will make it even more special. Gosh knows we've taken some personal hits recently and this time away from things will serve to rejuvinate us for the new year.

SEAL Team 666 Premier Announced

Do you want to get your hands on SEAL Team 666 two weeks before its official release?

What is this you say? Is this a new radioactive isotope? Is it new rocket ship built by Raytheon?

TusCon is only the oldest Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Convention in Arizona. Guests of Honor have included Theodore Sturgeon, Vernor Vinge, Robert Bloch, Karl Edward Wagner, Diana Gabaldon, John Ringo, Laurell K. Hamilton, Weston Ochse, Stephen R. Donaldson, Tim Powers, Patricia Briggs, Jim Butcher and Shannon K. Butcher, to name just a few. This years Guest of Honor recipient is S.M. Stirling.

It's really a fabulous convention at an all suite hotel, where for far less than a hundred bucks a day you can have a great room, meet terrific people, and be able to swim in an outdoor pool in November.

MaryElizabeth Hart, publicity manager for Mysterious Galaxy, has arranged to have the first hardback copies of SEAL Team 666 available for convention goers. She had to pull some strings and bend back some fingers to make this happen, but in the spirit of never-say-die special operations forces, she came through.

I don't know the exact time yet when we'll hold a release party for SEAL Team 666. I'll get with the convention committee and see when they want to do it.

But when I know, you will know.

All you have to do is be there.

eBook Monday

Wow. I just realized I have a lot of eBooks out there. My good friend Hal Bodner just got a reader and he asked me what I had out. I had to look them up and POW!

Made me realize that although I have it marked as a link on my webpage, maybe everyone doesn't know that I've created a book store (I'm not selling the books, I'm just pointing you to the places you can buy them. Additionally, I've provided links to online book retailers out of pure convenience. I have a lot of favorite brick and mortar bookstores, but these have worked with me and regularly carry copies of my work. I encourage you to try them first. They do ship books as well. Mysterious Galaxy, Book Soup, and The Poisoned Pen.)

So what follows is a capture of my work in progress of my"book store." My intent is to have a quick set of links as well has having a dedicated page. I still have a ways to go.
